Corner Lot Marketing has proven to be a nice way for my partner and I to advertise. The price is reasonable and the representatives are attentive. Prior to printing the order an email verification is sent to check for accuracy and finally a tracking notification is sent with UPS letting you know where your order is at with delivery. I knew postcard marketing would work, but was amazed at the results. My first mailing of 30 cards landed listings with one expired listing, one FSBO, and one sphere of influence. The second mailing is landing two listings with one client. The feedback from people is amazing. One new client stated that this one postcard was more than their other agent had done for them the entire 6 month listing. Another new client indicated that they placed my postcard on their refrigerator and finally called to list with me. This may be beginners luck with postcard marketing or your postcards have just the right message. Which ever the reason, I already have two of the listings gained with this marketing under contract. So, investment to payoff is amazing. My second order for more cards is going out this week. This time I will try FSBO and Renter cards. Thank you for these awesome tools!
